This event will be a major fund-raiser for the 2005-06 season. Please come out and enjoy a great evening of music, food and festivities.

The final set in the program will feature our own orchestra with our special guest of the evening, jazz singer Steve Maddock who will be singing with the orchestra a selection of Broadway and jazz standards. 

Steve Maddock is one of Vancouver's more versatile vocal talents and a veteran of the Vancouver stage with appearances including Arts Club Theatre, Theatre Under the Stars, and various theatre companies throughout Canada. He has appeared in various local productions including Sound of Music, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, My Fair Lady, and Beauty and the Beast. Steve teaches vocal jazz at Capilano College and has performed and recorded with other local jazz artists such as Miles Black (piano) , Paul Townsend (drums), Bill Coon (guitar) and Campbell Ryga (sax). Steve has also sung with The Vancouver Chamber Choir, Musica Intima Vocal Ensemble, Chor Leoni Men's Choir and The Phoenix Chamber Choir.
